When training for a 5K...?
Brief description
Should I work to better my time or distance first? I Ran on a treadmill yesterday for an hour and made it 4.5 miles. I start out at a jog for the first 30 seconds, then up the speed slowly depending on how I felt. I dont want to wear my self ou
