I have already attempted the following:

Searched the Internet
Tried putting red pepper flakes around the bulb
Tried tying barbed wire sections around the plant

I am now willing to pay a small amount to get a solution that will work. Only experienced gardeners need to submit bids.

Guru: Is there a specific plant bulb that you are facing a problem with or is just any and every plant in your lawn?

Seeker: Good question. The squirrels have been partial to my tulip bulbs mainly. They are leaving some of the other plants alone but ruining every Tulip bulb that I have planted till now.

Clarification # 2

Guru: Are you sure it is not moles? Have you seen them digging them up from above?

Seeker: Ans: Thats a good question. Yes, I have seen the squirrels a couple of times and hence I know that its not moles.
