Detailed question

I changed TV providers recently and now have a digital cable feed for entertainment. Coax cable feeds digital signal to 4 TV's. (Also serves internet and phone). Since new service was installed, the picture quality is excellent but the picture is cut off and moves around. (Consistent on all 4 TV's). Provider has tested signal - no problem there. (In fact - very strong). On channels where there are lots of graphics (where it's easy to see the "centering" of the picture), you can really see that the picture is cut-off - oddly only at the top, bottom, and right side. Not only is it cut off, but it moves around. The movement is very very slight, but you can see it if you're looking for it.

I was ready to bet the farm that it was a poor signal. Tech has been out twice and tells me that signal is even better than typical residential signals. Also tested signal at several "points" in the line - from the street to each TV.

TV's range from 10 years old to 3 years old - problem is consistent. Two TV's have the provider's "converter box" (to get premium channels, etc.) and two TV's are direct wired. Still - problem is consistent all the way around.

I'm ready to scream. Provider has thrown in the towel. Ready to go back to previous provider, but have put a lot of time and energy into getting house set up with internet, phone, and entertainment from this one.

I am willing to pay upto 20 bucks if someone can give me detailed instructions on how to solve this!
