My wife and I plan to travel to San Francisco on the evening of September 26, 2008 and we plan to be there until the morning of September 30th. That will essentially give us the whole of September 27 through 29 (3 days).
We have already researched on the Internet and free travel websites about various attractions in San Francisco and around it but we wish to make this trip very special and memorable. So, rather than doing the standard stuff, we would rather do special stuff that many tourists may not know.
Details about us:
- Only my wife and I - no kids
- We can spend more than economical but not splurge. We are simple people who would rather enjoy the beauty and the moment. We will be uncomfortable in too much of opulence.
- We are willing to hike and we love nature.
- We definitely want to go to the Napa Valley although we are not wine drinkers.
- We had seen some television programme on it and now we want to experience the beauty of it. If we want to do it right, which winery should we go to. Is there a scenic drive where we can pass by other farms?
- We are vegetarian.
Only someone who has been there or may be even a local who have insights about the hidden treasures that we can enjoy should bid for this question. Do not bid if you are just going to give information from the Internet.
