Question: Labor Day weekend Party Ideas?

 Hi everyone,

On this labor day weekend I have invited some friends and business clients over for dinner. Usually when we have a get together or a business meeting we see to it that we have a theme party and so this way we can enjoy food from different cultures. This time our theme is Indian food. I have got some clients who are from India and I wanted to impress them. I had been to New Jersey recently and I tasted a wonderful Indian dish. I wanted to make that. It's called Pani Puri. Can anyone tell me how to prepare this at home.
