Detailed question
I only have pain in my hip when I raise my legs up off the bench press. I begin to sit up and swing my knees up then I get pain in my right hip joint. If I raise my right foot up on the bench then sit up I can avoid the pain. Once Im up I can run around, do jump jacks, etc.... It seems to only happen when I lay down on the bench press and try to get up by swinging my knees up. Any suggestions??? Thank you, Tim |
