Question: please identify a song from rolling stones circa 19662-1966

Back in the early sixties the rolling stones sang a song have not heard since. Some of the song goes like this...well down by the river, down by the banks of the river charles, that's where you'll find him , along with loverers muggers and thieves, well I love that dirty waty ,oh you know that it's all mine-

about the question-it's for real  and if I am able to find the name of this song I just might be able to flash back to my early Flower child days if only for a moment-
